红外碳硫分析仪净化剂的更换

净化系统中的1#净化管的净化剂为高效变色吸水剂，用以吸收氧气中的水分，吸水后颜色变红。2#净化管中的净化剂为碱石棉，吸收氧气中的二氧化碳。3#净化管中的净化剂为高氯酸镁，吸收坩埚及样品燃烧后的水分。高效变色吸水剂有三分之一变红，即需进行更换。碱石棉、高氯酸镁根据分析样品量的多少定期更换(1-3个月)。

高效吸水剂、碱石棉、高氯酸镁均有粒度要求，通常为20目左右，购买时应予注意。
