巴西棕榈蜡曾用于制备耐胃酸的微球。[1]其它：***用皮革等工业。酸值取本品，精密称定，置250ml烧瓶中，加二甲苯100ml，加热至完全溶解，加乙醇50ml和溴麝香草酚蓝指示液，加热使澄清后，趁热用乙醇制氢氧化钾滴定液（）滴至绿色，并将滴定结果用空白试验校正。酸值（中国药典2005年版二部附录ⅦH）应为2～7。皂化值编辑取样品，精密称定，置250ml烧瓶中，加异丙醇－甲苯（5：4）混合液50ml，精密加入，加热回流3小时，加酚酞指示液1ml，趁热用盐酸滴定液（）滴定剩余的碱，至溶液红色刚好褪去，加热至沸，如溶液又出现红色，再滴定至红色刚好褪去，并将滴定结果用空白试验校正。皂化值（中国药典2005年版二部附录ⅦH）应为78～95。鉴别取本品约，加*5ml，加热溶解，作为供试品溶液（趁热点样）。另取薄荷醇、麝香草酚各约10mg及乙酸薄荷酯10μl，置20ml量瓶中，加甲苯稀释至刻度，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（中国药典2005年版二部附录VB）试验，吸取供试品溶液6μl，对照品溶液2μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，以乙酸乙酯-*(2:98)为展开剂，展开后，取出，晾干。 药用级蜡SP63XFP美国史东毕斯公司, 固体石蜡 Paraffin Wax, SP-173P,NF.

先喷蜡,会在表面形成一层油层,如果是水溶性包衣,会导致包衣液接触角变小,包衣液不容易上,而且包的时间会很长,可以试着这样考虑,在油上浇层水,水会溶吗如果是油性包衣,会造成包衣不均匀,不会均匀分散,会集中在一个点散开,这和你的片型有一定关系,我想圆片子会好一点,异型的就不可以了所以比较好的选择,是放在水溶性的包衣里,与包衣材料一起放入溶解,其实巴西棕榈蜡作为包衣材料还可以促进包衣材料的溶解,因为包衣材料一般是一些高分子材料,而且也可以在搅拌过程中,产生的气泡少一点,防止喷出的液体是泡沫,这样喷出的流量才能保证.作崩解是素片的控制指标,是在压片时的,那时没有包衣,当然就没有影响了.对溶出,因为蜡的使用量是有规定的,食品添加剂上是10mg/kg,药用辅料手册暂缺,药用辅料应用技术上没有显示用量,应该不会很多,所以不会影响溶出,虽然巴西棕榈蜡能作为缓控释的骨架材料.以上意见。美国史东毕斯公司, 固体石蜡 Paraffin Wax, SP-1275P,NF.浙江史东毕斯辅料巴西棕榈蜡
